Utopia Home Care will be participating in a panel discussion called "Discharge 101", which covers important information and topics regarding discharges from hospitals or rehabilitation facilities. A discharge planner and elder care attorney will be on hand to discuss their area of expertise, along with being available for audience questions afterwards. Utopia Home Care will discussing the role of home care agencies in keeping clients safe and healthy after they're discharged from the facility.
