The Town of Huntington will be holding their annual Women's Networking Event on October 28th at the Larkfield Manor in East Northport. This year marks the 13th anniversary of the event, which is titled "Pulse of a Woman: Vibrant and Alive" and will honor 5 local women who have made a difference in their community. Last years event had over 400 people attend, including local businesses, area politicians, and town residents.
The Women's Advisory Council is an association of prominent not-for-profit agencies that deal primarily with substantive women’s issues. One of the purposes of this popular and highly attended event is to increase the exposure of the Women's Advisory Council throughout the Town of Huntington, and to familiarize our residents with the numerous not-for-profit agencies that are available to them. Utopia Home Care has been a participant and sponsor of the event for several years now and we're looking forward to this years event!
