Utopia Home Care, along with Excel Skilled Nursing and Rehab of Woodbury, hosted a series of water aerobics classes over the summer for The Knolls of Melville. Residents of the independent living community were treated to an enjoyable way to not only relax, but exercise by using water resistance and low impact movements to promote healthy living and build strength.
