The annual Social Worker/Case Manager Appreciation Luncheon was held at the North Raleigh Hilton back on September 25th. This one-of-a-kind event honors healthcare professionals who work with seniors, celebrating a lifetime of dedication to excellence in elder care. Social Workers and Case Managers are invited for a recognition luncheon, along with networking opportunities and a chance to meet healthcare providers from around the area.
