Utopia's Community Liaison presented to current Medical Technician students in the Clinical Procedures class of Miller-Motte Technical College. Miller-Motte programs are tailored to meet what Utopia is looking for in new hires, and their instructors are qualified and dedicated to helping students succeed. Healthcare wise, Miller-Motte provides the skills and education needed to work in Electronic Health Records, Medical Billing and Coding, or find a placement as a Medical Assistant, Surgical Technician or Clinical Office Assistant.

Healthy Breakfast Snacks at Mount Pleasant Senior Center
The Mount Pleasant Senior Center and their members welcomed us in as our Certified Health Coach provided healthy snacks, helpful home care tips, and more! The center is geared towards those '50 and better', offering a variety of recreational, cultural and creative arts programs, in addition to providing health, wellness, educational and social activities. Space at the facility includes a weight room, aerobics room, cafe, prep kitchen, screened porch, card room, educational room, arts and crafts room, and therapeutic healing garden. 42nd Annual RSVP Appreciation Luncheon
The Charleston Area Seniors Retired and Senior Volunteer Program Appreciation Luncheon was this past Wednesday, March 9 at the Charleston Rifle Club. RSVP engages seniors in volunteer opportunities around Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester, and Colleton Counties. Our Trenton Oczypok volunteered along side many other representatives from local agencies to support and thank the 375 volunteers who were honored for their hard work.
