Utopia Home Care of Wyomissing will be hosting a Spring Wellness Fair on Saturday, March 28th from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The event will be held at our office, located at 1150 Berkshire Blvd in Wyomissing, and will feature health screenings, along with disease focused education inservices. The event is being offered completely free of charge or commitment and all screening information is confidential.
Health screenings will be conducted by our staff of Registered Nurses and cover:
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Memory Screenings
- Fat Analysis
- Weight Checks
Disease Education In-services will be geared towards both patients and caregivers, topics to be discussed will include:
- Diabetes
- Cardiovascular Health
- Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease
We'll also be unveiling details of our new Caregiver Support Group, which will meet monthly at our office. These meetings will be open to the community, and cover: disease education, community resources, short/long term care options, and guest speakers.
