Back in July, the Senior Care Network along with Huntington Senior Center, helped host an event for local veterans in the area. The event was held at the Senior Center beach house, located in Centerport. Veterans were treated to light refreshments while getting to meet with other local veterans from the area.
The Senior Care Network consists of a local rehabilitation center, assisted living, companion care agency and Utopia Home Care, who come together in order to work with assisting local senior centers for events such as this.
