The Long Island Family Caregiver Coalition (LIFCC) recently hosted Dr. Pat Bomba at their quaterly meeting. Dr. Bomba is a renowned expert and champion of the end-of-life-care document called MOLST - Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment at their quarterly meeting. MOLST helps fill in the gaps of a living will and ensures care is guided by the patient's own preferences towards end of life care.
