What Levels of Care Are Available?
Utopia offers four service packages, or Levels of Care, in our Assisted Living program. Upon assessment by the RN, Utopia will work with clients and their families to determine the appropriate Level of Care required. The service package level is consistently evaluated by our nursing staff and can be revised at any time.
Levels of Care:
Levels One through Four are differentiated by hours of care required weekly.
- Level One provides from 1 to 3.75 hours of ALSA aide services plus .25 hours of nursing.
- Level Two provides from 4 to 8.75 hours of ALSA aide services plus .50 hours of nursing.
- Level Three provides from 9 to 14.75 hours of ALSA aide services with .75 hours of nursing.
- Level Four provides from 15 to 25 hours of ALSA aide services with 1 hour of nursing.
