Utopia's staff is experienced in every level of care-whether for accident rehabilitation, post-hospital convalescence, illness, short or long term disability. Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing quality service promptly, courteously and professionally. We pledge to treat the patient with compassion and dignity, just like family.

All our field employees are screened, trained, certified or licensed, bonded, insured and supervised by a registered nurse. Criminal background checks are made on all personnel before they are permitted to work. Our reputation for delivering highly qualified aides and nurses has enabled Utopia to contract its services with a wide variety of organizations, including State and Local Government Programs, Certified Agencies, Long term Home Care Programs and Hospices.

Our Performance Improvement Committee, composed of key clinical and administrative staff meets six times per year to review patient care complaints, outcomes and all policies and procedures. It also oversees compliance with the policy and regulations of the Department of Health, Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), as well as our own Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. In addition, we also employ a Risk Management Nurse and a Quality Assurance Nurse, assuring the highest standards are not only met, but exceeded.
