Utopia Home Care of New London will host a "Stretch and Flex" class from 10:30 to 11:30am with Colette Emery, Utopia's Community/Business Development Manager and Certified Athletic Trainer, instructing residents. This program has been extremely popular with residents at other facilities and family members who want to get their loved ones moving!
