As the home health care industry continues to grow at a rapid rate, the demand for home health care workers is also rising. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Occupational Outlook 2002-3, employment of Home Health Aides is expected to grow 62% between 2000 and 2010 from 414,000 to 672,000.
