As the home care industry continues to grow at a rapid rate, the demand for home care workers is also rising. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Occupational Outlook for 2006-2016, employment of Home Health Aides is expected to grow 49% between 2006 and 2016 from 787,000 to 1,171,000.
